      still had problems after computer was repaired and have to take it back and wait at least another day to hope that they fix it

      Recently took a laptop to get fixed. Bought a one-time fee repair. Have used Geek Squad before and were fine, but the Uptown location in Victoria is terrible. They don't communicate with you on status and they don't have enough qualified staff to look at equipment, it always seems one person is working there. It would have been easier to purchase a new laptop and take it to a real computer store to have it set up.
