- So far so good, liking the Kasa products...by Cory
from Grande Prairie, AB on December 5, 2018
We bought this 2-pack, have one upstairs and one down, each on a lamp. It's nice as we can have a toggle on/off switch on our phones under the widgets area for each, or create a 'scene' in the app to say turn both of them off with one widget button press. They are also IFTTT compatible so there are other things you could do with them too. We also have a light switch (HS200) and love that as well to schedule porch lights to come on and off automatically.
- Excellent product.by Jorn

I installed four units yesterday after a bad experience with another brand. Very easy installation, very simple integration with Alexa, easy assignment of schedules etc. Schedules work just fine with or without internet. Very happy. Definitely worth 5 stars.
- Works great once connectedby Paul
from Richmond Hill, ON on April 15, 2018
I have two of these set-up around the house now and really like them. Only issue I had was getting connected initially. Seemed to be doing everything right, but wouldn't get through the final step to connect. Finally I unplugged/rebooted wifi router and it connected right up. Set-up the second plug a month later and same issue - Had to re-boot. They both work like a charm ever since, but initial connection was a bit frustrating.
- Great Productby Jim

Received promptly, easy to configure via Kasa app and work great including remotely via smart phone. Only improvement would be to allow an offset from sunset (or sunrise) feature as does Leviton in their programmable light switch - useful as often need lights on in certain rooms 15-30 min before sunset - should be doable with a firmware upgrade (by TP-Link perhaps?) or I suppose could be faked with a longitude change? At sale price, almost a competitive option to conventional mechanical and digital timers without the physical hassle of having to readjust through the year for daylight savings and longer/shorter days.
- I don't even understand how my plug talkby Ali Ramji
from Yellow Knife on April 9, 2018
I was just sitting on my couch when the lamps in my house started turning on and off. At first I thought this was some haunting hour type stuff or something, but then another thought came to me. it was morse code. I have spent three sleepless nights trying to study morse code but all that i get from the lamps is gibberish. I read the back of the box for this product and it says that it turns the lamps on and off randomly. I realized that it might be the plug trying to talk to me, but unfortunately I don't even understand how my plug talk. Product is nice tho.

- Out of Stockby Dennis
from Toronto, ON on January 13, 2018
I was happy to see the review that stated this item was out of stock. Conveniently they were out of stock at 39.99. When they jacked the price way up to 84.99, suddenly they became available again. Must have been a big oopps on Best Buys part. Not very happy about it though.

- On Sale for a while but never seems to be in stock.by N.S.
from Windsor, ON on January 2, 2018
This item showed in stock online. Put in cart, proceeded with checkout, suddenly out of stock online. Seems to be out of stock during sale prices. Will it suddenly be in stock once the sale pricing expires?
- not available online or in the stores.by tom

This product is repeatedly advertised on sale with only small quantities being made available until the sale expires then the stock is magically available again at full price. Bestbuy is using this as a loss leader to get you to their website. Will rate poorly until Bestbuy pulls these pages of things that they advertise but are not available online or in the stores.
