I was using it about a month and got rusty spots on stainless steel french door. I believed that stainless steel is hard to get the rust even I was using magnets on stainless steel door. IF YOU BUY IT DO NOT PUT ANY MAGNETS!!

I owned my fridge for less than 2 years and it no longer keeps my food cold. In order for the fridge part to work, I am required to defrost my fridge for 24 hours before it starts working again. I searched YouTube and discovered that this is a common problem with Samsung however, when I called the company to see if they were recalling their defective product, I was advised that they were not. The fridge only came with a 12 month warranty so I am now stuck with a fridge that I must defrost every month in order for it to work. In this day and age, you shouldn't have to defrost your fridge/freezer in order for it to work. Samsung DOES NOT stand behind their product. I will never buy a Samsung Appliance again.

the doors are too thick and cumbersome they make noise if you leave them open while deciding what to eat. How can I think with that going on. Who thought of this menacing feature. Other than that it looks up to date and my partner likes it.

I purchased this fridge online on November 23rd, the soonest Best Buy could deliver was on December 8th. The fridge was delivered but did not work (even after 24 hours it was warm inside). I ensured it was not in demo (or store) mode, it was not it just did not work. Ok that happens. I contacted Best Buy, I requested an exchange, that request was submitted and I received an email indicating that I would receive an email from "the department" who handle exchanges with further instructions within 3 to 5 business days. After those 5 business days, I contacted Best Buy again, I was then informed that the replacement fridge had NOT even been ordered yet and that if they did it now the soonest would be a December 30th delivery. At this point I decided to request a reimbursement as I wanted the defective fridge picked up and removed from my home before the holidays. I am now told that the request for the reimbursement will take 5 to 10 business days and that they cannot schedule the pick up of the defective appliance before that happens. Incredibly disappointing, I hesitated to buy an appliance from Best Buy, I have now learned my lesson.

the fridge is pretty good. I find the inside space limited by the shelving spacing.It keeps the food cold and the bottom freezer is very handy.The doors are a bit difficult to open and close, not sure if this is just an adjustment. The stainless steel finish looks nice but is very difficult to clean.I have tried the stainless steel wipes , Weimans spray, soap and water and then rinse and dry. It always looks streaky. Very dissappointed in the way it appears with the streaks. Also the motor is a bit noisy at times.

Condo owners look no further. All the features of French doors, bottom freezer, ice maker, and large capacity are in this model. I was particularly happy with the size. It is so hard to find a fridge with all the specs that will fit into a condo. The LED lighting is fabulous, and I am very surprised at the space and shelving organization, which I though I could only find inside Maytag fridges. This appliance is so quiet, the first day we kept opening up the fridge and freezer to ensure it was on. I assumed French doors would actually cost space; the doors hold an immense amount of condiments, juices, sauces, 6-packs! A women must have designed this fridge, and the functional working order of the fridge is top notch. Extremely happy with this appliance purchase. Also Best Buy was the best choice, they take your old fridge and give a sufficient refund to knock off your taxes plus!

We purchased this fridge 2 years ago and have experienced the following issues: 1. As of two weeks ago, the fridge cooling is very weak. We did not purchase an extended warranty as we feel a major appliance should work for more than a year and extended warranties are a cash grab - silly us according to Samsung. 2. The vegetable crisper are horrible to clean. They are poorly designed and have overlapping plastic where food bits get into the 3mm space and you can get them out. They eventually rot. 3. The lettering over the vegetable crispers wore off after a about 3 months of use and now there is only partial lettering and it looks bad. 4. The stainless steel seems to be inferior (by Bosch dishwasher has amazing stainless steel). This one, you can see small bit of discoloration that look like rust even though the fridge has been only cleaned with a stainless steel cleaner. 6. Most of all Samsung is useless to deal with and honestly takes no pride in their product and cares even less about their customers.
