    • Great value (when on sale)

from Burnaby, BC on August 6, 2018

Like most IPS screen has noticeable screen retention (NOT Burnin). As a typical monitor you turn on and off it is great, I would not use this as an always on monitor unless you have content that won't show screen retention. As a monitor it has a display port which is the main reason I got this. it has PIP which I've used several times and find it handy. I sit in front of it about 3-4 feet which is unusually close for most people and it's a bit large and can strain your neck as you literally look around. As a monitor I would not use this as an always on monitor. Speakers are good and like a real monitor. The menu system uses a joystick is not very good but is tolerable if you aren't constantly switching inputs

    • Great Monitor - good value

from Saskatoon, SK on February 2, 2018

I had a 28'' 4K monitor before so I was a little worried about the size of this monitor as well as previous reviews saying there is burn in and ghosting. I can say that this monitor is worth the price especially for it's size. I use it as a primary desktop monitor (replaced a 28'', 24'' and 47'' monitor setup). I now just use this monitor with 100-125% scaling everything is clear and easy to use. Make sure you have enough room on your desk before buying. I have it hooked up to an Xbox One and a PC. The PC is more than capable of outputting 4k games at around 60fps and everything is smooth. If your primary reason is gaming this is not the best monitor out there. If you game sometimes but also do web surfing, watching movies and computer work then it's amazing value. Only downside is there is no HDR, however I believe that would have increased the price a lot making it less of an amazing value proposition. Coming from a 4k monitor before the image isn't any better, the benefit is price and size.

    • Great stuuuffffff

from Québec, QC on January 31, 2018

Ive had no burn in problems, not even a little, theres a setting called pixel orbiting, it constantly moves the image by a pixel to prevent burn ins and you dont notice it. Its off by default, which is pretty dumb, i guess thats why people have burn ins. Also you have to change HDMI 1.4 to 2.0 to get 60 fps, which is at 30 fps (1.4) by default, also pretty dumb. Overall great experience though after 10 seconds in settings, i recommend 100%, plus its so cheap for a screen this size with this kind of rez.
