Awkward set up and operation. Sound cuts out. One ear will other the other silent. Sound is comparable with cheap wired ear buds. Sound is tinny and NO BASS. bought them as a back up to my Bose Sport which provide much better sound. Wait until the tech catches up. Don't buy them yet.

Bought and stopped charging at the second month. I have to ship it myself to USA. I have to wait for weeks and many calls to get them to fix. I have to pay for my shipping charges at UPS. I still have not received it.
- Left Earbud Stopped Working After 2 Monthsby Alice
from Antigonish, NS on October 30, 2018
About two months after I bought my Jabra Elite Sport headphones, the left earbud audio stopped working. I wasn't too concerned at first because I could fix it by unpairing my headphones to my phone, but by the end of the second month it had gotten to a point where no sound was coming from the left earbud at all, but the buttons still worked. I tried everything I could to get the left earbud to work but had no success, so I called the Jabra Support Team. I was kept on hold for 20 minutes and when I go through to a representative they just told me to try unpairing and re-pairing my headphones to my phone. When that didn't work they then sent me a lot of paperwork to fill in and submit to be mailed a new left earbud. They gave me no time frame and no sense of security regarding my headset. It was very off putting to have spent so much money on a product only to have to jump through hoops to replace it after 2 months due to technical problems. Sound quality was fine and I enjoyed them until they broke.

I tried basically all the jabra true wireless headphones and encountered the same exact problem. The left and right bud don’t connect well, especially the left earbud that’s making all sorts of crackling noises and stops the music every so often. One time it stopped like 7/8 times in a 3 minute song. This headphone, actually this brand is terrible. Don’t fall for this. The only reason why I really wanted to buy jabra was because of sweatprof or waterproof warranty but what’s the point of that if you can’t listen to music without any disruption. I bought and returned almost 5/6 different pairs, all brand new. And sadly all had similar issues. Eventually I was like I can’t deal with this anymore. I had paid 249.99 and with taxes it came down to 279.99 for this junk. I decided to go with AirPods which is 100 times better and more reliable. It’s so simple to use and there was not a hint of static noise. Not even once. The only downside I would say is that it’s not noise cancelling or sweat prof guaranteed. Otherwise it’s the best earbuds out there. Don’t spend a dollar on these earbuds. Everything is great except that it will prevent you from enjoying your music because the Bluetooth constantly disconnects and static noises, especially from the left earbuds.

Best fitting earbuds I've used. I also have the Bose Soundsport Free earbuds, which sound a bit better, but don't fit as securely. The fit of the Jabra Elite Sport make them my earbud of choice for running and the gym.

I've had these earphones for almost a year and I really love this product. I originally bought them because of the waterproof and trainer features which ironically I don't use. They sound is really good and the pairing is off the odd time, but all and all they're really great and I enjoy my workouts more because of their portability and I don't get wires caught when doing curls or presses. When traveling for work they're awesome because they're compact, lightweight, and I can slip them on and off easily. My only problem is that I've lost them twice and it's taken me a month to find them each time, partly because the case is small and dark. Also, I just bought them just before they increased the battery life which was disappointing. Nevertheless, great product.
- Great buds, abysmal customer serviceby Connor
from Calgary, AB on July 24, 2018
The buds themselves are great. What is not great, however, is the fact that they do not tell you anywhere on the packaging that the left bud is a slave device and does not itself possess any bluetooth connectivity - ergo, if you lose only your left bud, good luck making any use of the "find my earphones" feature - it has to be within 8 to 10 inches of the right bud for it to work. I have had better customer service from Jaybird AFTER my warranty expired than I have with Jabra, and I bought these buds not five days ago. Save your money and spend on what maybe be perhaps a slightly lesser earphone, but a better customer service team.

I have tried both earbud the newest 65t active and this one and I can attest that the active 65t are better then this older version. The confort, the case of the 65t is better. The 65t have a better sync with the video (this one) will produce a sync of approx .5 sec issue with the video. The aware mode on the 65t works slightly better mainly because it not pickup the wind. On the other hand those buds looks more sturdier and are more sweat proff than the active 65t. They provide also a heartbeat and a more complete workout module. (If you have a watch that provides this information it will be not relevant and might interfere like it did with my watch)
