- Headphones not appropriate for active useby Cal

Originally purchased these for the gym. Tried all sizes of ear tips provided and they just won't stay in. They are consistently working their way out of my ears and falling out. I would not recommend these at all for fitness use. Unfortunately Best Buy's return policy is terrible (return unopened)! Better luck with a different brand if you are looking to use these for anything other than sitting stationary.
- Great sound with a couple issuesby motionsick

Once you get these fit, these sounds great. Music quality is excellent with plenty bass and treble (you can tune the sound via the app). You can also enable the Hear Through feature to let some external sounds in. On calls the quality is excellent. You can enable side-tone if you need to hear your own voice too. The only issues I have are the eargels - for this price, there should be more tips included YouTube - when trying to use these to watch YouTube you will get lag - making videos totally out of sync. This should NOT happen, especially at this price. Previous bluetooth transmitter+headphones did not have this issue.

you don't look like an idiot while wearing them and the quality is much better.
- What's advertised is not what you getby Berni

I bought these for workout / walking because my AirPods are not too secure in my ears, I read the reviews on line and talked with the staff at Best Buy who recommended them. Easy to pair however if you have two device iPhone / iPod touch] like I do they constantly try to connect with the device your not using, when walking I pass a couple of power pole that interfere with the earphone signal [my AirPods don't have this issue] now out of the blue they will not connect to either device. Other concerns, are the sound quality, noise cancelling and the charger case is poor design and quality, with a bit of effort on the part of Jabra these could be good produce.
- Would not recommendby Pierre L

I waited a few (4) training sessions before commenting. Took a while to determine the right earbud size to get '' best '' sound. Can't get it to stay in place to get some bass, even with the bass at max. The only way to get great sound is to hold in place with my hands. I do not understand why the reviews over the internet are so good. I whish I could return them .... especially considering the price.
- Awesome!by Steve

Purchased these on the Boxing Day sale and they are worth every penny! They sound fantastic and fit great in my ears. You will need to determine what size ear tips you will need and once they are adjusted properly in your ears they will not disappoint! I use these with an Apple Watch Series 4 and they were easy to pair and once the initial pairing is complete they will automatically turn on and connect to my watch as soon as I open the case. And when finished and returned to the case they will automatically turn off. So after the first pairing you will never need to turn these on or off manually. Another great feature is that they will automatically pause if removed from your ears. They weren't cheap but in my opinion are the best wireless earbuds currently on the market!
- Description is wrong - NOT noise-cancellingby John
from Toronto, ON on December 25, 2018
Despite saying "noise cancelling" in the title and details tab, these are NOT noise-cancelling (i.e., no active noise cancellation, they are merely *noise isolating* earbuds). The noise cancellation features of the Jabra app are not enabled for these earbuds, even with the latest firmware, and there is no mention of noise cancellation in the product manual or packaging itself. The 1-star is harsh for the rest of the features and functionality are decent, but the hope is that it will prevent others from being misled on the noise cancellation. [And I missed PB's review when I bought them myself] You will need to install the Jabra app to get the most of the earbuds.
- work wellby AE

work well overall, no real complaints. It would be nice to have a removable attachment of some sort that would hold it on your ear during intense workouts like hill climbing or something. They stay in pretty well, but i'd be afraid to wear them on something more challenging than a jog.

Pros: The functionality (auto connect/disconnect when taking in/out of the case, the controls), strong connection, excellent sound, relatively compact form factor, secure fit (running, working out, etc - they don't budge), IPx6 waterproofness, Hearthrough feature using mics to hear sounds around you when you want to and the app that gives you profile, equalizer and other options. Con: Just one. They only come with silicon ear tips (in 3 sizes). At this price Jabra should be including foam tips as well. I've always used them on previous buds and bought some for these, trimming them down to fit in the case. They prevent that nasty "suction-cup" feel of silicon, are more comfortable and isolate movement (like footsteps) better.

Good sound, good aesthetic, nice battery life. But you can't share an earbud with someone, left ear bud doesn't work while transitting on the Skytrain, charging case is annoying to open/ earbuds aren't magnetic. I would much rather prefer Bose Soundsport or Icon X line.
